konectiThese terms apply when you use Konecti to open a shop, sell digital products, or buy them. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.
The service
Konecti lets creators open a shop, list digital products such as courses, files, templates and coaching, and share a link to them. Buyers pay by mobile money and get access to what they bought.
Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- One account may run one shop.
Selling on Konecti
- You must have the rights to everything you sell and must not sell anything illegal, stolen, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Describe your products accurately. Prices are shown in the currency you choose.
- Konecti takes a platform fee of 10% on each sale. Payouts go to your mobile money account, after the minimum amount and timing shown in the app.
Buying on Konecti
- Payment is made through our payment provider. Your order is confirmed once the payment is complete.
- Access to what you bought is given after payment. Refunds are handled between you and the seller under the refund terms the seller shows on the product page.
What is not allowed
- Fraud, fake sales, or misleading product claims.
- Content that is harmful, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that breaks the law.
- Attempts to break into the service, scrape other users’ data, or interfere with payments.
Suspension and closure
We may pause or close a shop or account that breaks these terms, and we may withhold payouts while we look into a complaint or suspected fraud. You may close your account at any time by contacting help@konecti.store.
Our responsibility
Konecti provides the platform as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the content sellers publish or for losses caused by a payment network or mobile money provider.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and we will tell you in the app about important changes.
