konectiThis policy explains what Konecti collects when you create a shop, sell or buy digital products, and how we use it. Konecti is a marketplace where creators sell courses, files, templates and coaching, and buyers pay by mobile money.
What we collect
- Account details: your full name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), country, currency and phone number.
- Shop details: your shop name, web address, bio, category, brand colour and logo.
- Products: product names, descriptions, prices, and the files and covers you upload.
- Orders and payments: what was bought, the amount, and the payment status. Mobile money numbers are passed to our payment provider to take the payment or send a payout.
- Technical data: session cookies that keep you signed in, and the basic details your device sends with each request.
How we use it
- To create and run your account and shop.
- To take payments, record sales and pay out your earnings.
- To send sign-in codes, receipts and important account messages.
- To keep the service secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- PawaPay, our payment provider, for collecting payments and sending payouts.
- Resend, for sending verification and account emails.
- Cloudflare R2, where your uploaded logos, covers and product files are stored.
How long we keep it
We keep account and sales records for as long as your account is open and for the period the law requires. You can ask us to close your account and delete your personal data, subject to records we must keep for accounting and legal reasons.
Your choices
You can change your shop details at any time in the app. To see, correct or delete your personal data, or to raise a concern, write to help@konecti.store.
Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords and hashed sign-in codes. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private.
Children
Konecti is for adults who can enter into contracts. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Important changes will be announced in the app or by email.
